Cancellation Policy

LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that deposits are not refundable. Cancellation Policy:  Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance (Permanent Make Up Services require a minimum of 72 hours) of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel so we may offer that appointment time to another client. If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment time and do not give us 48 or 72 hours notice, you will be charged a fee as the following applies: 100% of the service amount for no shows, 75% of the appointment cost for late notice under 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost for less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours *Perfecting Session late rescheduling fee is $100. *Fees are due prior to rebooking your appointment.
